Chia Goods

Easiest on the go snack or breakfast, all prepared in a mason jar the night before so those days that you have no time to eat in the morning, you can just grab & go! I’m sure you have all seen, heard & tasted chia pudding; it’s absolutely delicious. I got my recipe off of Pinterest of course sometime last year, prepared it twice & ugh it is amazing!


1/2 cup of Chia Seeds

1/2 cup of Oats

1 cup Almond Milk

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

1 teaspoon of cinnamon


It’s that simple! If you don’t like almond milk you can use regular or soy;  the recipe is pretty flexible! Throw in some fruit in it,  whatever your preferences are.
